The TX-3 has been one of the bestsellers in the Javac range for many years.

The name TX-3 finds its origin in the fact that the first Javac TX-3 compressors were equipped with a 3 HP (2.2 kW) engine at 230 volt mono, but after improving the crankshaft and the valves of this extremely Reliable compressed air pump we use for the TX-3 compressor we have increased the yield by 25%.

Therefore we have developed our special Nano engine which with a capacity of 4 HP at 230 V a flow rate of 6 bar at 375 l / min.

And still with a slow-running compressor pump of 900 rpm (suction flow 500 l / min)

This compressor is built on a 100-liter thick-walled tank (hence the weight of 120 kg) together the typical TX and VX interim tank, which has the function to always start the compressor engine in no load with the result the use of a B3 (nano) engine with low torque.

This gives 2 big advantages: no peak load = lower power consumption which gives the possibility to run in continuous load.

Although we still recommend to determine the choice of the compressor so that the piston compressor still has a resting point of 30% (for industrial continuous load we refer to our scroll compressors).

The TX-3 compressor is factory-set to a working pressure of 10 bar.

The compressor is also equipped with an automatic start / stop system (prestostat), a safety group, and a practical pressure reducing valve with 2 outputs to regulate the pressure on the compressor itself.

There are also 2 orion couplings for direct air extraction and an output of ½ "for connection to a ring pipe in the workhouse.

This compressor stands on 2 heavy-duty solid rubber wheels, making it easy to move.

Finally, and this is certainly as important as the compressor itself, is that the TX-3, due to its low rotational speed of the compressor pump on the one hand and on the other hand due to the ideal cooling by the V-construction of the pump with cooled rib tube to the non-return valve results in compressed air quality that is optimal.

This in turn provides relative cold and condensate-free compressed air.

Water in the compressed air is the cause of much misery on the various applications and compressed air machines.

This does not mean that you do not have to regularly relieve the boiler of water in the boiler.

This can easily be done by opening the drainage point at the bottom, or even better by placing an automatic condensate drain on it.
